http://rpgfanatic.net Review for the F2P online RPG Atlantica Online by NDOORS Corporation, a South Korean videogame developer. The game is set in an alternate history Earth, with the game map consisting of large parts of the northern hemisphere. The setting is fantasy-themed with elements of steampunk.

The combat system is turned based; it has more in common with games like Final Fantasy, Lufia 2 and Lunar Silver Star Story than EverQuest or World of Warcraft.

5:45 Stun isn't really bias against SwordM since stun units are often gun or cannon units aka can stun more than 1 unit. However, a strategically placed Awakening from a Monk can resolve such issues, thus the SwordM being weaked against stun is really a weak argument.

Monks cannot use Awakening every round. When a main character dies, the battle is lost; so it does actually matter a great deal that SwordM's ideal placement makes him susceptible to stun. Your party won't scatter if your other characters fall.

Awakening has 1 turn cooldown. At least it did when I made this 8 months ago.

A game being a giant tutorial is a good thing, much better route than swamping you with all the info at the very start.

Not when it takes several days of gameplay to tell you things you could do from the first minute of gameplay.

I remember playing this when NDoors made but quit after they sold it cause I lost my account. Never got the account transfer to work.

It really doesn't matter what starter you pick as long as if you don't pick a tank, don't put them in the front

I played every final fantasy except 6 ,7 ,8 and 9.... and the tactics, and the crystal chronicles, and the psp ones, and uhhh I also didn't play X-2, yeah... But I've played most of them.

I love this game.Recently got into it myself. For finding out those things, I had the help of a mentor and got into a guild quickly :)

God being censored was pretty ridiculous, but when I played Fiesta, "bandit" was filtered... that was more wtf than God being filtered.

FFXI wouldve sucked if it came out to be like this. I think alot of people wouldve been disappointed if it came out to be turn based.
