March for Equality in Riga (recut)

This is a recut video of the March for Equality in Riga on June 3, 2007 by the gay community and their friends and supporters. T It partly corrects a misplaced name title and sequence. I have replaced an earlier version with this. iMovie is not one of my strengths.
The march took place inside a gated park in central Riga under very heavy police protection. Nonetheless, some amusing counterdemonstrators turned up at the fence. If I figure out how to do synchronized subtitles, I will do a seperate item on these crazies, they are funny in a black humor sense.

Great video there! I was last year Feb 2006 in Riga and we had a great time! It was a bit disappointing to not see anything gay happening there, but this video was great to see that people can finally express themselves there!

In February in Northern Europe, there is nothing gay happening OUTDOORS anywhere except that gays, like anyone else, ski and skate :):). As for anything else, being a straight libertarian, I am not too familiar with with everyday gay activities in Latvia.
