Wow, it's too bad really people can't have a rational discussion like this. Regardless of who you want to vote for, it would be nice to see real debate, rather then news networks taking sides and people vowing to never vote for a candidate simply because he's too old, he's black of she's a women.

Vote for whoever you want to vote for, but make up your own mind. Don't get lead around like a sheep.

Kirk would be a fan of McCain's background. As for who the Captain would vote for, that's probably one for William Shatner to answer.

All I know is that if you are in a jam it is better to go with experience (Admiral Kirk in ST I and ST II taking command etc.) than the rookie just out of the Academy. Then again that's just my opinion.
