Great video. It is really nice to see something instructional rather than a simple demonstration of a trainer's success. I learned a lot. Thanks for posting the link to Sue's article too. It's nice to have more good information. I see you got kudos from kikopup. I consider that serious praise. Good work!

GREATVIDEO! I've been doing dog 4-H obedience and agility for years now.Ive always wanted to do showmenship,my foxhound was abused when we got her and doesnt like her legs being touched so i cant show her in showmenship:(But my neighbor has a strong, hyper, unruly lab that im hopeing to show.I know i dont want a martingle lead.I know i want a snake chain but i don't know what kind of lead/leash to use(leather or nylon)?where can i get one? Cherrybrook? JandJ DogSupply?thanks so much 4 the video!

@kickingirl13 I got mine from 3 c's. I don't like martingales either.... I would highly recommend a leather lead, the nylon ones can really hurt your hands, especially if you have a strong dog.

This is soo soo lovely. Its great to see a video on this subject, how to get your dog to be relaxed and calm with handling. This technique is so respectful to the dog. I see too many people jerking and molding their dogs like they are rag dolls at shows. Thanks for this! -emily

Thanks! I made this for my 4-H club because a lot of people where getting frustrated with Hand Stacking. They just didn't seem to understand the concept that dogs have to be TAUGHT, they don't speak English. Sue Ailsby's article was so wonderful I had to make a video version of it.
Thanks again!
