Two challenges thrown out for the Bar-barians April forum competiton:
1. Hard mode - complete a muscle up set doing as many muscle up variations as you can. Your set ends once you come off the bar.
2. Normal mode - complete as many bar dips as you can on the horizontal bar. No rest pauses allowed. Your set ends once you stop.
