On the Island there is 2 Docks, a High School, A College, a Police Station, a Church, 3 Medical Clinic's, a News Paper, an Armory, 10 Farms(2 Corn, 2 Tobacco, 3 Sugar Cane, and 3 Papaya), 3 Loggin Camp's, 2 Construction offices, 2 Teamsters, 1 Presidential childhood Home, 1 watch Tower and 6 Garages...

You can save the game as soon as the victory screen comes up. Then exit out and then reload the game you saved and that will let you keep playing past the victory. I'm up to year 2000 and over 300 people. Just in case you didn't know.
