so i was looking for what are the antioxidant food

on the internet that supposed to reduce wrinkles and come to know blueberries are one of the powerful antioxidant fruits...

personally i didnt like the taste of blueberries bcos im not used to eating berries but hey in the name of beauty im willing

to eat anything that can give me a youthful look(after i saw the lines)...lol

so cute video..coming from an asian country,berries are not so popular here...the imported blueberries are quite

expensive here ...however,just few weeks ago i started eating blueberries after i notice a line on my face...i got freaked

out when i saw the small line on my face(signs of aging)and im only 26....
