I still can't seem to find the name, but I now know that it's by box player, Mairtin O'Connor, from his album "The Road West" on the "Rockin' The Boat" track.

Well, at the beginning, he's finishing up "Ghost of Ballybrolly"... I'm not sure about the main tune, though.. It's great, though.
