your putting pressure on the back of your head dude. u need to you use your abs push really hard. do NOT close up your throat and tighten your muscles cause you WILL get lightheaded and see stars that what used to happen to me when i started to do screamers on the stands. its ALL in how you use your air and the way you space it out and relax.
