Cockatiel Talking and Whistling

Spike is a pied cockatiel and is 13 years old. He says "pretty bird", barks, and whistles. He can also say "come here boy" and make other noises but he only does it when he wants to.

@BennyJennyJ1 Mine had more problems than that. Don't get me wrong - I love cockatiels, but I would have to get a male next time instead of a female. I've always had female cockatiels and I just don't care for them that much.
