Great review, love Sonic 3, but dude, its 7 chaos emeralds, not 6... how could u not know this? U mention that 2 times that its 6 and yet you've played it since a kid? What is up with that?

@Gemster312 well you see I made a mistake that's all, as in Sonic 1 had 6 emeralds, and in Sonic 3 I remember seeing 7 but one of them was the Master Emerald but yes there are 7 AND the Master emerald, just a simple mistake.

Good review man. I grew up with Sonic 1, and the game that changed my life was Sonic 2, which I actually think it is the best one. Anyway Sonic 3 is a good game too, it was very hard to find it when I tried to buy it in 1998 (4 years later) but when I finally get it I was really pleased. However, I think Sonic 3 is a bit incomplete without S&K, IMO, only if these 2 are together they can make a good sequel of Sonic 2...

yup i agree, I know i didnt mention S&K but that with Sonic 3 does the job, good game with extra levels and go back to get the power to the emeralds, great sequal or should we say Sonic 3.5 game

I enjoyed sonic 3 but sonic 2 will always be the one closest to my heart, I don't think any level will beat Oil Ocean Zone in sonic 2. Great review! And I LOVE Robotnik's theme <3

im getting a megadrive soon and i want to get this game as my first game for it
