ドラマを描くように書きました。歌詞を書いている時は、届けることの出来ない手紙を書くような感じでした。『人を想う暖かい気持ち』でなくて『人を想う切ない気持ち』を一­人の主人公の目線からストレートに。一つ一つの言葉や文が主人公の"心"そのもので、頭の中、心の中のかぢかむような想いを書き綴ったというかんじです。人はよく『失って­から大切さに気付く』という恋愛の表現をします。この曲はまさにその恋愛。あたしは『一生忘れられない愛おしい人が、誰にでも一人いる』そう思います。そんな人が今、いま­すか？
