  • Its wrong to trow the closed ones out if you have checked they where all alive before cooking , The closed ones just have a mussels thats a bit stronger . Its a fable they are no good. Its only an advise not to spill good food.

  • Is it really only a 1/4 cup of chicken stock? It looks like you used alot more than that. Otherwise looks awesome mate, will be attempting that myself in the near future
