We use a Trend T11 equipped with guide bush and 1/2inch cutter to route out a recess to fit a router table insert plate flush.
The guide bush follows a template created with templatesbynumbers.com and transferred to the workpiece using a trammel method.
We show how to use the T11's alignment pin to ensure the guide bush is concentric with the cutter and create a perfect recess for the insert plate.
