you are so full of shit. steelers having a shit running game (which miraculousy they got by with) has nothing to do with the cardinals run game.
fact is the cardinals run game was terrible--regardles of whether Edge was BENCHED or not.
consider the keyword there, BENCHED. It doesn't matter how good he did in the playoffs. McGahee played better than Edge in the playoffs but he was benched most of the year too.

I think the Cardinals has more rushing yards paost season than the Steelers. Edge did not play most of the regular season because he was benched while Hightower developed. I think HT has great outside speed btw. So when Edge hit the post season he played with a chip on his shoulder and played very well. This showed he can still play well. Unlike LT who is always hurt post season and refuses to play. Period.

what you mean is he played in the post season on a team where little running was needed and the team still finished dead last in rushing and happened to lose and he fumbled in the superbowl

He ran as good or better than any back last post season and helped to get his team to the super bowl. Nuff said.

I would like to see Arizona use Edge interchangeably in the wide spot like the great Rams teams used Marshall Faulk. Think about having to cover The Iron Man, Jerry Rice Jr, Breaston and James all running deep routes! They would win every game by 50. That is, if their defense continues to get better.

They need to put James back in the starting spot in Arizona. You can tell he really wants to play and that counts for a lot when it is 3rd and 1 and or you are at the goal line.
