i agree. I mean look at Paris's fashion thing where you can see their ribs and everything. Its totally disgusting. You often hear about them dying as well which is frightening. Another great vid. Thanks Timewarlord.

I'm a size 18/20 and most of the time I think I am very good looking. But when you see women on Tv in diet adds, and they are a size 8 or smaller it just makes you want to drop whatever you are putting in your mouth.

this makes so much sense to me because I have gone throug a lot of peer pressure. When I was younger I didn't watch tv or get influenced by 'role models'. We moved, I was put in school and saw magazines with woman who were size zero,girls that always complained bout their weight made me want to be'normal'.I worried about my wieght a lot until I realized I was healthy at my wieght.I worry about it a lot and catch myself being self concious, but I'm working on being happy with the way I am!

I really love your insight =) coulden't agree more. I hate listening to my friends even critisizing themselves once. I almost die when I hear some of the other girls who are already skinny saying they can't eat something cause it will make them fat. If you are hungry EAT! Sure you don't want to be unhealthy and too overweight. But I believe anyone can have a pleasing and healthy look by just working out. I REALLY hope some of those girls watch this but I bet they will ;)

yes it is great to see a male addressing this issue. i had a few times i doubted myself because of some things- never took much action on it though. it still is horrible that they would even dress little girl dolls like that. thats AWFUL!

My daughter is 6 years old. She is not allowed to watch or own any Bratz dolls. You are so right about the negative impact that these dolls have and the Bratz dolls are only the tip of the ice berg. I hope all mothers and fathers are aware of the damage that dolls, cartoons and magazines can have on our children. Parents should influence their children not television and fashion magazines.
