Canadian Car Czar

Wow I am a car czar, thanks to Harper, and it only cost 9.5 billion. By 2014 that investment will keep around 4,500 jobs in Canada. To bad the fishing industry, lumber, mining, farming and etc don't merit that kind of investment. Maybe Harper can buy Afghanistan next or a taco stand in Baghdad.
