The thing that helped me the most when i was just getting started was trying new moves that go outside the realm of what was comfortable for me to do at that point. Get in front of a mirror or keep recording yourself (without putting them on youtube) to get some conviction in your dance as well as learn what angles/moves look good and what not to do. This is good for 2 months,

i like it, i would just say don't rush the moves, you guys looked like you were in a hurry to get your moves finished :P and remember each time you hit/tick try to contract all your muscles so it looks like you're hitting it harder/sharper.  other than that, not bad for just starting, i bet you guys dance better than everyone hating on you =]
