@AnimeFreak792 most animators and artist draw tight clothing on men and woman (see superheroes and spandex) because it's easier to draw/animate. Trying to figure out how a hundred different folds in clothing twist and pull as a person moves is a lot harder than animating someone is skin tight clothing.
