  • my hips are starting to gain flexibility, which is finally allowing me to go for my full lotus. However, the next day or two after doing my lotus i'm a bit sore in the knees, causing me to take a day off because im not sure if im doing any damage by accident. the rotation in my hips has always been my weak link which is why i work this area most often. any tips?

  • @wushudragon5 yes, try some of my yoga for hips videos. they're all great and will help you.

  • you anchor the ball of the foot and heal of your foot while pressing the outer edge toward the floor. hope that helps:)
