I got into side plank with no knee, hard but doable. THen went into starfish for like 5 seconds before I collapsed haha, so much fun.

I can get into a crossed-legged seat but i can't get into lotus position. any suggestion on what i should work on?

my hips are starting to gain flexibility, which is finally allowing me to go for my full lotus. However, the next day or two after doing my lotus i'm a bit sore in the knees, causing me to take a day off because im not sure if im doing any damage by accident. the rotation in my hips has always been my weak link which is why i work this area most often. any tips?

you anchor the ball of the foot and heal of your foot while pressing the outer edge toward the floor. hope that helps:)
