It seems like it leaves Council Bluffs every other day. If it doesn't go all the way up to the end of the line it would come back the same day. When the train comes over from Omaha, he then waits on the east side of CB for the train orders and then goes east. I always check at the Madison Ave exit of I 29, to see if there is a trian sitting there in the morning.
