There are plenty of absolutly amazing musical treasures you can´t whistle from memory, it is just complexity of the music!

You can whistle- "baby one more time", but ... that´s about it. Sad for you that whistling is the indicator of good music!

I don't know why you would spend 4:21 of your time if MA is not you bag...the swells and pushes are what make this beautiful song so amazing and MA for whom they are. There is plenty of melody here, it is just arranged in a more sophisticated manner. Sounds like you live by the 'if you can't whistle to it, it ain't good' syndrome...sad.

@7WaysFromSundown are you crazy? This tune, like many other MA material is absolute pure genius. The slightly out of time percussion gives it that raw, unproduced, old skool rebellion from mass production gritty edge that makes them stand out for what they are; musicians. Unrefined, original talent without the music industry make-over that excuses such as Britney Spears and Lady Gaga receive. As for the strings - pure class. That edginess is exactly what they are designed to induce. Perfection.
