@MrLittlekidlova Matjusm1 is right, those are hang cleans. A clean and jerk is when you clean the bar and then press(push press) it over your head. If you look at the Bucknell video of them lifting they do clean and jerks.

I'm sorry but you don't seem to know the first thing about weight training. A hang clean is a (power) clean done with the bar in the air as opposed to on the floor. A clean and jerk is when you push the bar overhead.
