The entire world knows very well that Iraq was absolutely nothing before Saddam Hussein was President. Iraq was undeveloped, uneducated, and extremely corrupt before Saddam Hussein became President.
Saddam made Iraq into the Middle East's only non-third world country. This is a fact!
