TOPS - Weight loss Program Pledge - in Sign Language

I normally don't have time to do request because I don't feel I can get back to people fast enough. But it's summer and my kids are playing so I was able to do it. Anyway, I received an e-mail asking if I could sign the pledge for TOPS a weight loss program. Now this is just one way of interpreting it.

Here is the pledge:

I am an intelligent person.

I will control my emotions, not let my emotions control me.

Every time I am tempted to use food to satisfy my
frustrated desires, build up my injured ego
or dull my senses,

I will remember, even though I overeat in private,

My excess poundage is there for all the world to see.

I will Take Off Pounds Sensibly.
