5 + 1 mixed by Sleazy McQueen

For six years Headtunes Recordings has been releasing music by some of the best deep house producers around the world.

However as the recording industry has shifted gears becoming more of a digital orientated arena, we have been burned due to the mysterious disappearance of some of our distributors and pressing plants closing along with the money they owed to us.

Through the turmoil we have managed to keep releasing great house music and have garnered the attention of some of the worlds leading DJs and electronic music critics.

We want to celebrate our sixth year in existence with the release of a compilation album hand selected by Orlando's most exciting up and coming house producer, Sleazy McQueen. 5 + 1 will feature songs selected from our back catalog along with previously unreleased gems from Do It Proper, Homero Espinosa, J Kriv of Tortured Soul as well as some other works from Sleazy McQueen and Cosmic Boogie. We just need the funding to pull it off. We have the songs, we have the DJ but we need to find funding for the mastering, promtion and manufacturing of the CD's. That's some expensive stuff but this is where your contribution / donations will be rewarded handsomely.

Please remember that should we not reach our fundraising goal, then we get zero, zip, zilch, nothing. We are aiming for $1500 and if we raise anything above that, we will use it to upgrade the manufacturing quality. (Nicer covers, more eco friendly packaging, etc). So not only can you help be part of this release, we might actually help the environment as well, plus you get something in return for your generous donations and will always be remembered as part of this exciting project.
