Battle of the Belt-Feds!

In this "Viewer request" video we study the differences between the 2 most common Belt-Fed Black Rifles on the market today. The Shrike 5.56 (Shrike 16) and the Valkyrie BSR Mod-1 are compared to show you the differences that so many of you have asked about. This is not a "shoot off" to determine which one is "best" but just a comparison to help you understand the different mechanism each one uses to make it unique.

Dumb question, are both these rifles equipped with a gas piston ?

If they were (or are) direct gas impingement do you have to beef up the gas tube to prevent overheating ?

Hi Bigshooterist, many thanks for your vids, especially for this comparison vid. In my opinion the ARES has clear advantages, but i do not know the price differences between ARES and Valkyrie.

Yes, they are very different systems. The Shrike is a "Drop On" conversion to a standard lower receiver (the real beauty of it) while the Valkyrie requires modifications to both the upper and lower receivers. Thanks for writing and watching.
