I was fortunate enough to be a member of the Saratoga Potsdam Choral Institute's 300 member Choir where I performed in three concerts in each of the Summer of 1977 and summer of 1983. Brock McElheron directed the Chorus and we practiced three to four hours a day preparing to be conducted by Robert Shaw, Eric Leinsdorf, Sarah Caldwell, Eugene Ormandy, Aaron Copland and others. What a great experience that was and in such beautiful surroundings!

I saw three of their performances, but not this one I believe. Saw the Brahms double concerto, it was awesome.

If you like cheap seats, then lawn seats are for you. You can see the stage from a distance and sound is usually OK. Bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket and pray it doesn't rain.
