Here it is my small prototype of induction heater. I made this one with schematic i found off internet and I have and output isolation transformer primary is 6+6 turns and sec is 5 turns and 1 for the LED it run on about any voltage and draw roughly about .5~3 amps depending the work coil i use.

  • @Arjoonmoal Its running on 9 amp power mosfet but the setup only run on 12 volt for the video. It was a start to experiment the principle. Thanks for the comment ^^.

  • prettery weak for this heater. switching to a power transistor or mosfet will surely increase the power. by the way nice vid

  • @corvettekenny Induction is from a PC power supply value no idea and cap is a .3 uF 250VAC its only a prototype so not many correct value where use but it work so i guess value are not that critical and yes its the same schematic has the flyback driver the output wave is close to sine and running about 40~80 Khz

  • Sounds like the ZVS flyback driver circuit.. If so, what value inductor and capacitor did you end up using?
