Police used teargas pepper spray and rubber bullets against University of Pittsburgh students during the Pittsburgh G20 Summit. Many of the students were not part of any demonstration but bystanders, curious to find a mass of armed riot police on their campus. For more information and videos visit http://indypgh.org/g20

That was a State Constable. I think he was indignant because he felt he was being drawn into an argument by the kid asking the question. Unfortunately he probably was being drawn into an on camera fight with the kid. He may have been polite but we know the reason he is asking questions with a camera in his hands. I agree- it is good to disagree with someone who is obviously intelligent and can put multiple sentences together intelligently.
It's so rude. I think riot police cause more problems at rallies (many anyhow) than they prevent simply by their presence. Like anyone they lose their tempers and do brutalize people for no good reason.
The Chief at the end can't even acknowledge a simple polite inquiry without looking like a nazi. Good discussing with you.
I'm not sure it would have been feasible or safe to have a public address. First, there is the real chance some unstable goof will act on his intentions. Second, what exactly would get done in that brief period that would satisfy a protestor? The time limits would be interpreted as the world leader not caring, and the protests would go on, and probaby get worse then degenerate into violence. Would be a no-win situation.
This riot police stuff is bad man. This is a very good early warning sign that your country is falling apart. I'm sure authority heads can foresee this and this helps train them in military style operations. Officials allowed the currency to be grossly de-valued and are superceeding the rule of law with rule by force. Many are not anti-gov or police, simply tired of corruption and abuse.
Bush wasn't actually elected into office once. First time was the Supreme Judge's decision after vote count mishap, second time his brother helped him cheat again from within the voting system. These people sabotage the very country they're sworn to protect.

Well, we'll never know what the aim of the kid's camera questions were as the Constable would barely look at him.
