Police used teargas pepper spray and rubber bullets against University of Pittsburgh students during the Pittsburgh G20 Summit. Many of the students were not part of any demonstration but bystanders, curious to find a mass of armed riot police on their campus. For more information and videos visit http://indypgh.org/g20

The police cleared the area. They gave the students and others plenty of notice that they were going to clear the area. Some people taunted the police, and some even lingered to close and were arrested. The police used tear gas and other non-lethal measure in order to disperse the crowd and take the territory.
These people were mainly students and just watching the real protesters. Maybe hoping to put something cool on Youtube. But, sometimes cool videos come with a price tag.
wow. so much for having rights. You have the right to speak your mind until the police dont want you thinking for yourself. you have the right to assemble until the town starts to notice and it makes the police look like a joke. thats when they step in. Rights dont mean anything if our own government doesnt let us exercise them.
100% agree "rights are temporary priviliges. just when you need them the most the governement will take it away from you. google asian american 1948" george carlin
Welcome to the police state...what if we as Americans ever have to protest something more serious besides global economic direction? We can look forward to this...
They are well organized and we are not, they have a plan B all the way to Z and we have nothing in the event that our government is hijacked which it has been. They have turned us against each other for years, blacks against whites, Jews against Christians and now you can all see that we are all just cattle to the ones behind the scenes. This is a police state and the New World Order is making its move on us right now people. No conspiracy, no joke, this is your lives at stake here. Wake up.
Lol at all the republicans claiming this is Obama's doing. Did you guys only just get the internet hooked up? Because you must've missed all those videos of people being tasered wrongfully, kids getting chased and arrested for riding skateboards etc...

Or more like Orwell's Nineteen eighty-four.
