@lowlander333 I don't know that 'tinny' is in any way a valid criticism, but I can see why people might not like Jagger. If anything, I'd say that if anything, it can sometimes be a little 'thin'.

Still, if you compare 'Stones songs to this, my point stands.

@Pudabudigada I've been hearing the Stones on the radio since mid-sixties, and they NEVER grew on me, ok?

Also, I'm not saying they suck, I'm saying OVERRATED.

I really liked a few of their songs, but I always wished they'd had a real singer, instead of an actor.

Jagger's actually a pretty good actor, liked him in 'Ned Kelly' and 'Freejack', but his voice just isn't suitable for singing, no how, no way. Always seems to have a tinny metallic buzz, like little gears grinding.

If you don't actually listen the the Stones, then how can you have a good enough idea of Jagger's voice to argue that point?
