Why would they be concerned about the copyrighted audio and not the copyrighted video?

Dude I noticed that the audio was taken away from this vid. Since this was the Caddy Shack movie was the song in this movie "Im Alright"? Was the Im Alright song the reason for this audio being disabled?

Odd. Because I see hundreds of other videos with the song "I'm alright" mixed into them and none of the others have been muted.

Also the guy sho sings the song "I'm Alright" his name is Kenny Loggins and he is not associated with WMG at all, his music is copywrited through Sony or something so its odd that WMG would mute the music in this vid when they do not have the copywrite to it.

WMG muted one of my videos with a Josh Turner song and Josh Turner has nothing to do with WMG either.

There are two different mixes. The one he used comes from the film. The intro of the song in the film is different from the one on the cd. Warner has rights to film's audio. If it was from the cd, Sony would have posted ads and links to the song on Itunes and Amazon.

Interesting. I did not realize there were two different versions and that youtube could actually pick up the difference between the two.

Yup it was, still pisses me of that the audio was disabled. If anything it's free advertising for the movie and whoever helped create it... but go figure... gotta love capitalism!

its cause american censorship sucks and you can have the opening theme other videos.... but not the whole bit made here by someone else.... i figure the mgm pissed someone came up with stuff with there material better than they could do it ?
