I ca'nt believe people are still worried about which shoes to wear-or what color belt a practioner has....create your own style from the basics..sound good?

@FingerLaserZ That's a good idea, but people run the risk of making a mess of training other people, because they haven't learned the deeper stuff. Its the whole blind leading the blind thing. But I do think its great if someone learns a couple different styles all the way through, to make their own expression, as long as they give credit to their teachers, and always try to improve themselves. Also keeping the ego in check is an important thing too! :) Hope you have a great day!
