are you asking how to use it in the simulator program?
I use FlightDeckII and FLightDeckIII.
The version 2. has an application which has to run parallel to the MSFS and that's decelerates after a successful cable catch.
In Version III. it is not needed, it is built in. (but did not work for me, so I still use the above)
