If true, yes, heroin is worse than pot, certainly, but I never really understand how it's the governments business. I would never encourage anybody to do heroin, but I do think people have an essential right to do with themselves what they want. They're harming themselves, but it's their own personal choice. They're not hurting others. If people have a heroin or cocaine problem they deserve rehab treatment, not being thrown in jail with murderers and rapists and thieves.

John and Yoko forgot to mention how before they opened the door Yoko flushed multiple packets of heroin down the toliet.Heroin possesion is alot more serious than pot possession.That could have gotten him time.
