How to Set Refresh Speeds in Betfair using Fairbot

Hi again Betfair users - Following up on my success with my first trading video some four years ago "How to Become a Successful Betfair Trader" I have had lots of emails asking how to set the graphing in the latest upgrade of Fairbot. Hope this helps you get more profits in your future trading!

Setting the Refresh time to short is very tempting, but will result in a meaningless graph. Just consider the fuel gauge in your car for a moment. The very first cars had erratic fuel gauges because they took continual reading from the fuel tank (yes I am old enough to remember this) anyway modern gauges only take reading at maybe once every 30 seconds or so. This is because the fuel in your tank is slopping about as you drive, brake, or accelerate. All you as a driver need to know is when you stop and buy more fuel!

Similarly you are only looking for pricing trends when trading, an average price every few seconds then gives you a much clearer picture, and enables you to make profitable decisions on when and how to trade!
