apologies for being late if someone answered this question:
I got the Jubilee Concert recently and it was actually all region(meaning any player could play it). There ARE DVD players that won't play certain region DVDs but you can just as easily get a DVD player nowadays that does play DVDs from any region just like there are Blu-Ray players you could get to do the same.
Hope that helps ya

(Picture this in your head)~Desert Apple, The Animated Movie~ 3:56 - 4:42 (It's a dark, dry world. The result of an nuclear fallout. Much death and famine plagues whats left of the scorched desolate world. Cities in ruined and ashes.) 4:43 - 5:56 (A intrepid hero rises from the ashes in search of whats left of human civilization. All he sees is miles of desert as he looks through his rear view mirror of his flashy sports car. Reminiscing his life.) You get the rest, lol. Love Versailles.

@Twiggyay Yuki is freakin' talented drummer yeah, he should play in a death metal band too!
Masashi is my new idol for rock bass.

Yukis little drum solo in the Desert apple intro was too good, fortunately Hizaki used less effects and delay here than in the studio version, and Masashis bass playing was just flawaless.
