This has nothing to do with Islam. It is just a clebration called Mawlid. The exact translation of the word mawlid is "a birthday party" so these people are celebrating the birthday of Elsayeda Zainab Radya Allah 3anha who his the grand daughter of prophit Mohamed BPUH . All muslims Love and respect Elsayeda Zainab Radya Allah 3anha but Islam has nothing to do with this birthday celebration you are watching. This is JUST folklore .Nothing more Nothing Less

I'm so glad I found this. I've only heard stories of these mawlid's from my father, who is 100% born and raised fel sayeda, I wish I could transport myself there and see it, altho I do feel it.
