I haven't been diagnosed Bipolar but I feel the same way. I am always thinking that people are talking about me. Especially at work. I makes work hard. I hate the thumbnails, it always picks times where I have the wierdest look on my face. LOL

I liked your video - you were honest and not melodramatic when I know how you feel is dramatic. I am 39 and have been taking lactimal for 2 months. I felt how you do for a long long time. Lactimal has taken the bad feelings away. The overwhelming ones - but what is amazing is that i still feel like me. I was afraid of losing myself and i haven't. I recommend it x

I had to delete my facebook after flipping out after finding out that my ex-wife was hiding the fact that she is in a relationship with some dude. Pretty soon right after we split. Makes me feel like I am just being replaced too easily. : (

hi i have bipolar i get feeling like crap to like dead to the world but when i wake up and listen to some music then i would feel alright for the rest of the day never think about suicid i would more hate the world . its not good when i drink i m like a different person when i drink i think i m ten feet tall and bullet proof cause i would tell everybody off like the demon came out me but i m alright when sober i m a good person just life is hard i dont take meds for it and i can handle it .
