i would fuk that kid's face if i were there - coz i am fuking sick of losing three bicycles already- or alteast call the cops - or take a picture of that guy print it and post it every corner of street to give awareness to people

It just struck me that a bike thief just rides his own bike up to the bike he wants to steal, parks his bike and then locks it up. Takes his bolt cutters out and cuts the cable, lock or whatever on the other bike then rides away on it. Later he comes back to get his own bike and no one is the wiser. Slick...but it'd be karma if when he came back his own bike had been stolen too.

So the kid was walking around with bolt cutters, which the older guy with the basket is now taking.
Looks like the old guy saw the kid trying to cut his chain, kicked the kids bike so as the bend the wheel or frame, and then stole his bolt cutters.

the kid tried to steal the bike, the guy caught him, booted his bike which is now fucked, the kid is pissed and says he will call the cops, old guy says go for it. dumb kid, and I think its in Toronto judging by the red street cars. silly kid
