Here's a fun variation of the Figure 8 with a hold for people who want to change it up a bit by including a swing, high pull and snatch. Cheers. Very important to keep butt and abs tight throughout. Start with a KB you know you can handle to get the feel of it and go from there. Always exercise common sense and enjoy! Gambate!
