Impressive, you did that easier than I can with the same weight. I can only push press a 100 a couple times. Most I can strict military press overhead like that is maybe 85.

Awesome lift! Clearly, you are very strong and assuming you continually train, you will be able to get more reps. You lifted it with ease, which suggests that with further training, you should clearly own that weight. Excellent, keep training and show the world what a 53 year old can do!

@rmsolympic1 Thanks for taking a look at my lift. I'll keep working at it. Kinda hard on the old joints though. I have to be careful not to push too hard too fast!
