I'm both a clicker and keyboard turner, it's easy enough to stop a Rogue stabbing you in the back, I haven't found a short cut for an instant turn around 180 degree yet. Does one even exist?

it does not matter if you keyboard turn in pvp, it does when you compete at a high level. Keyboard turning will give you a disadvantage if for example a rogue is backstabbing you. he'll have no problem staying behind you whilst furiously backstabbing you.
this is just one small example of the down-sides of keyboard turning. it does not matter until a certain point, a point which divides the good from the bad.
in a nutshell, keyboard turning, immediatly renders this video to invalid.
