oh. That's kinda weird. Cause I posted my newest video at 720p, but the quality looks a lot better. Why?

I render mine out as MPEG2. I know the format will make a difference when it comes to YouTube for whatever reason so I use the settings they suggested and the results have been really good. It always takes 2 hours after my upload completes for the HD version to show up.

oh. Mine was a WMV. What do you think is the best format to use? (I know that they recommend MPEG, but what is the best quality?)

They recommend H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4. I'd stick to one of these for best results. I've tried uploading high res videos in other formats and the YouTube encoder would kill the quality of them. I don't understand why and I eventually caved in to the formats they recommended.
