Yanin Cortes Fernandez, a former pop singer, is singing on the song that's played for background music on the video. Her husband, Luis, is on piano. Omar Gonzales on the bongos, Francisco Montero on sax, and Orlando Caseido on small bongos. Some of the wait staff also take turns singing for the crowd most weekend nights. And a few guests have been known to sing a song or join the band. It's a family-friendly atmosphere that's appealing to everyone of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Mojitos Cuban Bistro might be the new kid on the block, but they hit it out of the ballpark on the first try, and the best thing is the whole family is involved, and the community, business owners and neighbors have embraced them wholeheartedly.
