I'm wondering here you are from, Rodney? As far as regional variations in pronouncing go. For "failure" I tend to say "fālyər" but you're more of a "felyər" kind of guy. When questions arise in the booth, I suppose you go with what the producers want or give them a couple of options, but on your own, have you found one pronouncing dictionary to rule them all?
