-10 points for Kocur for not taking the helmet off

@filthynumber1 I guess....Im sure Brett didn't want to back down and look weak in front of his teamates. But then figured the best thing to do was to hold on to that right arm. I agree with you.

@SuperThunderlips the visor thing i might hafta agree with u on. and lindros was 19 or 20 here fighting the toughest guy in the league. cut him some slack
-
@kda5 what this? you cant fight with a visor on?? lol. u certainly can fight with a visor on.... although in todays NHL they tend to take it off to save on broken hands and due to mutual repsect the other fighter takes his off as well. eye for an eye sort of speak. kocur didnt here.

@MafiaWars23 obviously you never watched Eric play. He was NEVER afraid to drop the gloves. Many more times than not, it led to his opponent also being dropped.
-
@filthynumber1 you can't fight with a visor on, that's why Brett took it off.
-
kocur pussied on that one

It looked to me like Lindros was trying to hold him:
1.To prove a bit that he could and your not gonna get an arm free till i let you sorta deal.
2.He wanted to wait till he could let off a good hay maker.
3.Just waiting so he wasn't gonna get it until he was ready to throw.

@filthynumber1 no way, Lindros was ducking like a scared child

@filthynumber1 Back in those days, the players took the visor thing a little more seriously. If you had a helmet with no visor, you weren't expected to take off your helmet, even though the other guy did. Im sure in todays NHL Kocur would have shed his helmet. And beat the piss out of him. Not hold on for dear life like Brett did here.
Kocur should have shed the lid to. therefore i cannot give him the victory here. draw
