Whatcha Say, Jason DeRulo? (A Parody)

Yes, I know it's legal for him to sample Imogen Heap's brilliant song. I'm not upset from a legal standpoint... I'm upset from an artist's standpoint.

So I heard this song that's apparently gaining popularity and the only good part of it sounded pretty familiar. It would be nice if the super talented girl who wrote and sang the whole chorus (that was originally intended for one of her own songs) could be credited as more than a sample. "Jason DeRulo featuring Imogen Heap" would be nice, especially with the song hanging out on iTunes top two at the moment.

This is a parody of a Jason DeRulo/Imogen Heap song in which I rewrote most of the lyrics in order to express my opinion on the matter.

THIS THIS THIS. Argh. I hate "Whatcha Say" with a passion. The ONLY good part of that is what he yoinked from Imogen Heap, and he didn't even give her credit where credit is due.

Even sadder is that most people aren't even aware. Pretty much none of my friends have ever even heard of her. :(
