@MrSherlockWatson people consider this to be the best in the series, and it has the classic moment that everyone thinks of when someone mentions mission impossible - tom cruise descending into a room from the air vent via a cable. Personally this and the 3rd are the best, not a massive fan of the second

@mrharoldb all in all, i preferred the stunts and the team in the second and fourth. However, Tom cruise descending via cable cant be beat though. As for the plot, id put this one ahead of any other in the franchise.

I have ordered Mission Impossible trilogy on blu-ray ! I can`t wait to get it =) And i have Mission Impossible game on the N64 and on psx =) It`s so cool =) I have seen mission impossible films on the first dvd 1000 of times and play through the games too 1000 of times xD i never get tired of Impossible Mission xD I have seen M:I 4 on the cinema two times 1 in australia 1 in hong kong =) I can`t wait when more M:I will come . @MyDreamAdventure There are some connections between the 3rd and 4th..but for the most part they are stand alone movies especially 1,2 and 3. Maybe you can rent or borrow the 3rd quick? If not go see the 4th on the BIG screen in IMAX anyway. Wow. Personally I dont think that much of the 1st two, esp the 2nd one..but the 4th one Wow!
